Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Proofsheet (“we”, “us”) collects when you use proofsheetai.com and how we use it. We've kept it short because we collect very little.
What we don't collect
You don't need an account. We don't ask for your name, phone number or email to browse or copy prompts. We never see the photos you upload to AI tools; that happens on the AI tool's own website, under its own privacy policy.
What is stored on your device
Your saved prompts and your light or dark theme choice are stored in your own browser (local storage). They never leave your device, and you can clear them any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Visitor statistics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against attacks. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files load.
Advertising
We don't show ads at the moment. If we add them, for example through Google AdSense, the ad provider may use cookies to show and measure ads. We will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it before that happens.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply, and we don't share them. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time.
Children
Proofsheet is intended for adults and teenagers old enough to use general AI tools. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we hold almost none, the simplest route is to email us.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
